Machine was delivered fast andpacked…
Machine was delivered fast and packed well Only complaint is no instructions were included but after I called they were emailed right away. A manual would be good for future Thank you

Israel was very easy to work with
Israel was very easy to talk to and he explained the pro's and con's for what I was looking for. Spirit CRS800S seem to be the best fit. I did not see where the power cord plug into the unit. I was looking in the back and Israel told me it is in the front left side. It was easy to find with that info. Thank you

Hi Chris, Most of our customers assemble the equipment from manufacturers we work with without issue. Every now and then, we do have some models where customers get stuck. I wish you had reached out to us before leaving the review. We contacted you the same day and opened a support request with the manufacturer. They reached out immediately via email and made several attempts to call to assist. We also offered assembly service at a discounted rate to get you taken care of. I hope you would reconsider the review as we are a distributor, not the manufacturer. I can understand your frustration but we do not design the assembly instructions. Let me know if there is anything we can do to help.

Incredibly outstanding support
Support was outstanding from my original inquiry, providing me information about the various solutions, to order placement and excellent post sale support of questions once the equipment arrived and I started using it. These guys deserve more than five stars as they made the entire process from inquiry through post-sale support smooth and painless!
