I am very pleased with my entire experience with FEB. Israel is really and truly committed to his 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. I called in early January hoping to buy a specific piece of equipment but there were none to be had. Israel took the time to personally make a recommendation more suited to my needs. Delivery and setup were flawless. Unfortunately part of my physical disability made it impossible for me to use my new machine. Just one call with Israel and we believe that my problem will be solved. Apparently I am not the first person to have trouble with my leg. With Israel’s help I will be getting an accessory that we hope will solve my problem. Once I receive my leg stabilization kit I plan to get moving and to get in better shape. Thank you again for all of your help and commitment to your customers Israel. I can update this story when I get my accessory!
