I just wanted to find a program that was more tailored to me. Boy am I glad I found this program as this goes above any other from lab work, personalized macros, and weekly check in with the coach. My favorite is the community of professional latinas to chat and cheer each other on. I just signed up for another year and so far down about 30 lbs that was more manageable and not strenuous to my body.

10/10. All coaches are very knowledgeable and are there for you when you have questions or just want to talk. The program itself definitely takes you out of your comfort zone, in a good way to get to the body you want and deserve.
