My experience was very bad it’s been almost a month now and I still haven’t received the reel that I bought. I’d either like my product or my money back.

I wish I would have read this before placing my order. Ordered 4 rod/real assemblies during their BOGO sale a month ago. Received the free ones but not the ones I ordered, I made several attempts to contact them with no response. To make matters worse they double charged my credit card and the bank caught it reversing one of the charges.

Just wish that I had seen all of the reviews before I ordered. I will be contacting my bank in the morning and letting them know that I was scammed. Thank goodness my bank hates people like these. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Just curious if anyone out there has ever received anything other than plastics from this company? I ordered 2 reels about 5-6 weeks ago. I got an email saying I'd have my tracking number that day. This was 2 weeks ago. Still nothing not even my tracking number.

Won't return email. Hasn't shipped my order that was placed 3 weeks ago. I suggest anyone who is having this issue to file a complaint with Florida's Office of Attorney General. I have filed a complaint. All I wanted was communication and my products. Getting neither. But they did take my money.

I made an order in January and still haven't received my reels. They will NOT respond to emails or answer phone calls just goes to a full voicemail. This company should be shut down! I've reported to better business bureau.

Took my payment but only sent half the order. I emailed several times before getting a response. They printed a shipping label and created a tracking number and then promised to send my reel within 48 hours. Three weeks later they still haven’t sent anything and refuse to answer my emails. This is a scam. Warn the fishing community.
