We hired the company to pack and move…
We hired the company to pack and move literally 3 miles down the road. We bought special boxes and packing material for the wine and instructed them how to use it. And they did not they just piled bottles in a box. They literally took our extremely expensive paintings, put bubble wrap on the front and then taped all the way around onto certificates of authentication onto the paper backing of the framing. It just blows my mind. They literally ruined thousands of dollars in our paintings. They said that they were trained and were able to move pool tables and assemble them and make sure that they were done correct I made sure to ask them multiple times are you sure. I’ve had to bring somebody out and pay $600 to fix all the damage they did on the pool table. The axle guys that moved our stuff into the truck and then out of the truck into the house. We’re really very good. The supervisor that was over them was extremely unprofessional. I would never pay to have these guys pack or move anything that had any value.
