Más Que satisfecha...estoy con el Sevicio de Ian Rodriguez ...muy amable y muy agradecida.

My agent Phillip Morris was a big help in finding me a flight. Very kind and patient He got me a great flight

Anton from First Fly Travel just helped me out of a very stressful experience. He helped me find a ticket home which I could afford after I had spent more than 24 hours trying to get home! He was kind, sympathetic, helpful and professional and worked hard to find an solution for me. You would do well to keep this employee - he is the kind of employee who represents his employers well, a person who makes an excellent impression. Thank you Anton for all your good help & kind words!!

I am not sure if my review went through. Jane at firstfly was great. You get a human to talk to that listens and you get an immediate response with a list of options. I thank Jane and the leadership for supporting and encouraging the philosophy that each customer has value.

Frank is a very courteous and professional person, who made our flight plans with Delta Airlines so seamlessly comfortable, without the stresses normally associated with air travel. Thanks so much and looking forward to working with you again!

Ross was so efficient, professional and most importantly kind , patient and helpful.
