I strongly regret ever doing business…
I strongly regret ever doing business with First Class Seat Covers. This company presents itself online like a large, professional operation with premium products and polished branding, but the reality appears to be nothing more than a one-man show pretending to be a major enterprise. Once problems started, it became very clear there was no real customer service department, no professional support structure, and no accountability—just one person hiding behind a business name and acting like a full corporation. The seat covers themselves were massively overpriced for what was delivered. They were marketed as premium, custom-fit covers, but the actual fitment and installation process were a nightmare. Installing them required far more seat disassembly than any normal customer would expect, and key details about how invasive and difficult the process would be were not properly disclosed upfront. For the price charged, customers should receive a product that fits correctly without turning installation into a mechanical project. The worst part was dealing with support. Instead of helping resolve concerns professionally, responses were defensive, combative, and focused on blaming the customer. Every legitimate issue was dismissed as user error, as if the product could never be at fault. That kind of attitude might work for a fly-by-night operation, but not for a company trying to market itself as premium and trustworthy. The refund/dispute process was exactly what you would expect from a business with no real infrastructure—arguments, excuses, policy dodging, and zero willingness to make things right. Once they have your money, professionalism disappears. Bottom line: this appears to be a one-person operation masquerading as a serious company, selling overpriced seat covers with misleading marketing and backing them with terrible customer service. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and risk. There are many legitimate companies out there—this is not one of them.

Hey Troy, I truly apologize for the experience you had with us. This is not a one man team, so that is already false. You spoke with 5 different people in staff during your experience. But let's explain the situation that happened here. Immediately after placing your order and we began production you began to complain about the production time. Which is understandable, custom covers take a while to produce and we understand you were eager to receive them. However, we are fully transparent with everyone regarding how long it will take. We reassured you we are working hard and as fast as we can. But then threats began. You complained about our location in Tennessee, then complained about why we get materials overseas, made false claims about our staff, then argued that if it doesn't come out perfect first try you will dispute the transaction. So before you even received the seat covers you were already threatening a dispute. By the time you received the seat covers you were already agitated, frustrated and did not want to cooperate with any install assistance. We worked very hard to answer all of your questions, deescalate and provide support. Instead of speaking to us, and allowing us to assist you filed a dispute right away. Without a full proper install. We submitted evidence to your bank, they reviewed all of the evidence and deemed that you were at fault and the complaints were completely uncalled for. After the dispute we still attempted to help you. However you made it very clear you did not want to hear from us. Unfortunately there was nothing we could do in this situation to make things right with you from the beginning. Nonetheless, we don't like leaving things negative. If you are ever ready to cooperate we will be more than happy to assist with your install.
