A customer for five months
Satisfied customer for five months and continuing. Did a rate comparison at the state Public Utility Commision (PUC) website. Upon using my annual kilowatt-hours to offline-calculate various electric provider's annual costs, the First Choice Power annual total cost calculates as lowest for me of any electric provider. Whereas, the two PUC monthly tiers closest to my average monthly usage show First Choice is higher than some other electric providers. Now, I use the PUC website to weed out electric providers that may potentially be lower annual cost than First Choice and manually calculate my truer, non-average annual cost for each electric provider, which yields First Choice Power steadily as the low cost provider. Called customer service once: Quick to answer. Worked my issue to satisfaction.
