I have bought glasses from Firmoo even after reading poor reviews. They are excellent, I had to wait a while longer,about a week because they needed special lenses. Emailing questions was answered promptly, there may be a small problem with English understanding but patience was rewarded. I have recommended Firmoo to friends.

I had a hard time finding glasses that I like. My previous pair was ordered in person in Hong Kong (made in Korea) and it was super light. All the US ones are very heavy in comparison. The Ray Ban has a Light Ray version, but the frame costs around 200. I found a frame weighing only 8g on Firmoo and the total plus lens and some add-ons is only 48, so I want to give it a try, not knowing its a China-based company. (Their website looks slick for a Chinese company, I have to say.) After I ordered, the paypal payment is sent to a Chinese name... Then I realized that it is a Chinese company, which makes sense given the low price. Then I read these reviews here online and started worrying if I am actually going to get the glasses. But well, I think, for 48 dollars, it can be a lesson. Then, after a couple weeks, it arrived in mail in a small package from China. The case and glasses are both great. I can see crystal clear through the new glasses and it felt as light as my previous pair. Satisfied!!!

We are exceptionally pleased with the quality of the eyeglasses that we very recently ordered & received from Firmoo. The prescription involved astigmatisms and polarized lenses for use as sunglasses, therefore the order was less common than usual. The glasses were excellently made, and the lenses were sharp, clear and involved the perfect amount of tint. Additionally, the quality of the lenses is superior, not just due to their clarity, but because the polarizing effect is perfectly aligned, etc. The frames are very high quality, they are stylish & fit perfectly as well, and they are solidly made. Finally, we were absolutely delighted at the incredibly short amount of time that it took for Firmoo to fabricate & ship our glasses to us, and by the speed with which we received them. We received the glasses just one week after we ordered them online!! In a nutshell, Firmoo is an outstanding and excellent source for eyeglasses, and they are completely concerned for & with their customers' satisfaction. I very highly recommend Firmoo for your eyeglass needs.
