Overall ordering process was pleasant, although we received one item damaged upon arrival.

The online customer service was polite and informative. The service helped us to find a stove to fit our specifications. The shipping was fast once we had ordered and paid. However, during the shipping the black paint had been chipped and scraped off along one whole edge of the stove, but not dented or damaged in any other way. Rather that ship it back, we bought special black stove paint and sprayed a new coating over that whole edge. We haven’t tried our new stove yet because it hasn’t yet been installed.

Jessica, in your customer service department, saved the day. She is a professional employee who is committed to helping customers and representing Fireplaces USA in a positive light. The fact that I am providing a positive review says a lot about Jessica because I had a horrible experience with your logistics/delivery partners. Jessica took accountability on behalf of Fireplaces USA and is helping me work through these issues. I highly recommend that you consider changing your logistics/delivery partners (AIT Worldwide and Smart Warehousing - they were awful).
