I thought I knew what I was getting into when I signed up for the program, but thankfully I was wrong. This program didn’t teach what to eat, but HOW to eat. The knowledge I have gained from this program is amazing. Is it expensive? Yes. Is it cheaper than all the medical issues I would have to pay for in the future if I didn’t get healthy? Yes. If you are ready to invest in yourself and learn how to change for the better, give it a try.

I’ve spent the last 10 months with FireFit, specifically Coach Shelby, and it honestly saddens me to think about when my time comes to an end in a couple months. FireFit showed up for me when I was at my lowest — both physically and mentally. Don’t get me wrong…this is no quick fix or diet trend. This program takes choice and work, day in and day out. There are so many great things about this program, but I’m only going to speak to the thing that I feel made the biggest difference - support. Unless you have an insane amount of money, there is no coach or nutritionist that is going to do the work for you. That is a CHOICE that can only be made by you. But once made, this FireFit community is what makes the journey worth it. The coaches are amazing! The communication is awesome. The accountability is everything I needed to make and see the changes I wanted. It’s what makes walking away so difficult. Additionally, they’ve got a one-stop-shop app that houses your workouts, allows you to track you food and water intake, and contains are your check-in information to access quickly for reference. I had a lot of reservations about a virtual coach, but some days I forget that I’ve never actually met Shelby in person. Maybe one day we will and I can give her a hug to truly say thank you. Because of her support and willingness to listen and work with ME, I’ve reached goals, experienced more clarity, my endurance and stamina have turned around, and I’m a better person for my family. No doubt, the best decision I made at one of the most challenging times of my life.

My coach Shelby was amazing! She was always encouraging even while giving me pointers on how to improve. I not only gained more confidence in myself but was able get my mindset where it needed to be. I’m so grateful and ready to fly! Thank you!

My experience with FireFit training is amazing. Personalized workout tailored to my needs. The coaches helped me with creating a new mindset. Best part of my day is getting my workouts done. I've gained way more confidence in my life from the program. Also I've become the best version of myself.

This training plan and my coach saved me and my mental stability since starting! Shelby (my coach) was amazing- there was no guilt on bad weeks- just unwaivering guidance, positivity and support! She was so knowledgeable and was such a helping hand when I needed her the most. If I needed extra support, she was always there... Weekly coach checkins- weekly group calls- active discord and other people to talk to, I didn't feel so alone in my struggles. It was hard work- but I had the support I needed and felt the money/time spent was worth it... You can hire a personal trainer but they don't finish their sessions telling you how to proceed on your own (they want you to keep hiring them)- Firefit does!!! I'm leaving here not only knowing how to structure my diet for the goals I want but I can also plan my workouts as well- I have the tools and know-how on how to navigate this journey on my own...zero hand holding needed!

Loved my time with fire fit! Amazing group of ladies always sharing their struggle & successes to remind us we are all in the same battles in different ships. Loved the coaches. Shelby was always there for me to pick her brain & readjust my plans for injuries & different obstacles.
