I had a really nice experience with Finish Line. The shoes arrived before they said they would arrive, and where in perfect condition. I Would definitely recommend it!

Worst customer service ever. I still have not received my shoes that I ordered 3 weeks ago. The post office lost my shoes and finish line took 2 weeks to "process" a replacement. I will never order from them again. No one has any answers for me!!

Worst footsite along with JD Sports, I have ever dealt with. I haven't won a raffle in 2 years and I place a ticket for every single release so you do the math. Then when I do try purchase pairs it freezes and empties my carts every single time unless its a clearance sneaker. Cant enjoy a points system when not allowed to purchase hype.

Dont get it, why come out with shoes and only have for mens. Why big kids and other ,have to go to store. Some people are trying to get gifts for people, dont have time to spend hours sitting outside a store for shoes. And to top it off, the website work so bad. Starting not to like.

Ordered a pair of $108 sneakers for my kid. Not even so much as an email confirmation. Figured I'd call them after a week of ZERO COMMUNICATION. Wound up getting a nice kid from a 3rd world country who I could barely understand, but who was able to locate my order despite me not even having any form of tracking number or anything. Told me in 24 to 48 hours I'd get an update via call or email asking if I would want a like pair, or refund if they still can't fill my order. Today is 72 hours, with no email, no phone call. Guess what my next move is going to be? HORRIBLE BUSINESS and EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm completely finished with Finish Line.
