Ron, I am sorry you had fraudulent activity on your credit card and I am also sorry that this is the first you have heard from someone at The Hitt Companies regarding your complaint about possible fraud. As someone who has personally dealt with this issue in the past, I feel terrible for you. Rest assured, I am confident that no one from my company charged your card for personal reasons. You are the first that I've heard this from and we have been in business since 1987. Since your purchase we have made some changes to our websites and system. Credit card numbers are no longer stored in our system for more than one week. Card numbers are deleted ensuring that card information cannot be stolen from us by hacking into our system. Hopefully, if we are given another chance we will make you a very happy customer. Regards, Harold Hitt
