Prompt shipping but no notification that it had shipped.

Kept sending notices that would be here on 12/30. UPS never stopped or left notice although they claimed were here. Security cameras showed them across street, never got out of truck. Wouldn't deliver until 1/2/20. Their fault and would not make it right. Rating of 0 for delivery.

We order a bottle of redrum on the 1st of January 2020. We still have not received the bottle or a response to our many attempts to contact the winery... this was a birthday gift. Very disappointing

I have ordered from fine wine house twice. Both times my order was shipped very quickly and arrived quickly and safely. I’d like to see a better selection of port wine, but they’ve had some whiskey and bourbon that I’ve had trouble finding other places
