we had to call to find out about the order, and my brother was told one of the cases was out. we had to make that effort, nothing from the company. after the call the two cases of wine was delivered promptly

The kirschwasser was exactly as described, in excellent condition, and packed very well. Also, shipping was fast!

We ordered 2 cases of Pearson Bros.Saccharo Honey wine but have not yet received the shipment. This was ordered about 3 or 4 weeks ago. The order # is 30111639.
