I have ordered from Fine Linens many times. Every time I receive my merchandise in a timely manner and it always arrives in great condition. They are happy to send swatches and help in whatever way they can. I highly recommend Fine Linens

Love this shop. The towel choices are many, and if you have a particular color in mind, they probably have it. Jillian answers your email questions quickly, patiently and she is delightful to work with. We received our order, and though we returned some of the towels, it had to do with color, not quality. I absolutely would recommend buying from Fine Linens.

I can't believe I worked in Manhattan for 17 years and just found this shop. The staff is amazingly helpful and I thought their prices were fair for high quality sheets. Great experience.

There was a minor problem with my order - a missing button on the duvet cover which was the fault of the manufacturer not Fine Linens. However, Fine Linens offer to help immediately - much appreciated. Shipping was fast and the order was filled accurately.

The linens are lovely but they were very expensive and I was sad to see that a button was missing from the duvet cover. Not enough of a problem to return the item but for the price I expected perfection.

The product was shipped on time as notified and was exactly as pictured on line. Very happy!

Fine Linens had a great website and excellent service on the phone when I called to clarify a color. Everything arrived in a timely manner and as promised. This is my go to company for fine linens.

I purchased a set of linens and am displeased with the fitted sheet! I have a one year old top of the line Sterns snd Foster mattress which has a depth of 17 inches. The fitted sheet is huge...doesn't fit snugly st all! I washed it in hot water and will try it again this coming weekend, but am not convinced that the sizing is at all appropriate.

Hi I am very sorry the fitted sheet was too large for your bed. We would be more than take a look at the fitted sheet for you or if you want we can fix it to fit your mattress perfectly. Please let me know if you would like to do that. I do see you placed your order on June 2nd and it was shipped on June 3rd so I assume you were very happy with our service and how quickly we shipped out. Dave
