Everyone was so Attentive and answered quickly.

My experience was great! I was instantly approved, my meds were sent to the pharmacy immediately. The only issue was the medicine has a nationwide shortage so I was unable to fill my prescription. Everyone who I spoke with was helpful at cancelling and even offered to call around to other pharmacies and offered other solutions as well. I decided to go to a local doctor and work on getting medication through my insurance with a PCP.

Even though I wasn’t able to use the product customer service handled my issue promptly.

I have peace of mind knowing that Alejandro and the entire Sunrise Customer Support Team is there to help me when needed. This level of customer service and support makes this medical care transparent as if care is provided locally versus remotely (virtually). I sincerely appreciate all the training Sunrise has invested in the customer support team. Thank you.
