Find My ProfessionReviews of findmyprofession.com

Making the decision to work with Find My Profession was one of the best decisions I've made…not only for my career advancement & success, but also for my personal growth & development. No doubt, hiring this company was (above & beyond) worth every single penny. Their customer service was exceptional, the entire process was extremely smooth, efficient, direct, and almost effortless as the client. I had the pleasure of working with Paula Nothstine throughout the process. Paula consistently & effectively provided top tier service, start to finish…which made it a very positive & successful experience. Paula's invaluable expertise and experience in this space is truly impressive…her professionalism, clear communication, prompt responsiveness, and high-level knowledge are unmatched. Effusive praise and I cannot thank Paula/Find My Profession Team enough for providing and creating outstanding results!

I recently used Find my Profession to create a director-level resume, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The first resume I received was very intermediate, merely a copy-and-paste job of the notes I had provided. It lacked the sophistication and professionalism expected at the director level. The resume writer offered to create a second version, but it was no better than the first. Both versions failed to capture the executive-level experience and skills I needed to convey. It was clear that the work was far from the quality one would expect for a director position. When I escalated the issue to higher management, they didn't acknowledge any problems with the resume. Their lack of understanding and inability to recognize the deficiencies in the resume only added to my frustration. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and quality of work from Find my Profession. They did not deliver a director-level resume and did not show any commitment to resolving the issue. I cannot recommend their services.

I was looking for a company with expertise in my profession to help me re-write my resume and make myself more marketable to a different industry. The resume writer clearly had no knowledge of my profession and changed my existing resume to add a few examples of measurable deliverables. After it became apparent that I would not get the desired product, I stopped working with Find My Profession and used AI tools to write my resume, resulting in a far superior product. I regretted using this service and wasted a lot of money before realizing I could do a better job myself without spending any money. Before hiring this company, please ensure they have resume writers with the necessary experience with your profession and industry before employing their services.

Working with Iris and Find My Profession made the process of finding a new role bearable. Iris provided tremendous support throughout the journey and was instrumental in my finding my next position.

I worked with Paula to improve my resume. I am extremely happy with the results. Communication was smooth. I always felt that my edit requests and observations were welcomed and valued. I highly recommend the service.

Having worked at the same company for the past 9 years I hadn’t needed a resume. The idea of being out-of-touch with the job market led me to find professional help in crafting my resume, and other documentation. I chose Find My Profession and worked with Paula Nothstine. I found the whole process to be excellent. Paula took a lot of disorganized information covering 30 odd years in the workforce, including a couple of career changes, and crafted me a superb 2 page resume. I can’t thank her enough.

Refreshed resume successfully to expand beyond the narrow field I have been in for 20 years! Kimberly was amazing to work with & was able to pull out all my experience/skills and revamp my resume & LinkedIn Page (quickly I may add) to show foundational skills that I could use to explore unknown industries! I'm excited to be interviewing for Global companies and more exciting companies now that I will enjoy.

Although I did not land a position during the time that I invested with Find My Profession, Bianca was great to work with. She worked hard, constantly networked on my behalf, and notified me when people responded. I was able to significantly grow my network as a result and that is leading to more conversations. Thanks Bianca! Chris
