Financial Match is a rapidly growing tech-enabled B2B Advisory firm created to help U.S. businesses be well-connected to the best tax credit and grant programs. We acknowledge that the programs available to small businesses are complex and recognize that applying for them is challenging. Our goal is to help businesses in need and provide outstanding customer service and satisfaction with every interaction. Culture The company culture starts with integrity over profit and a “no ego” approach. We hire self-starters and hard workers who want to be great at everything they do. This approach translates to time spent with colleagues that tend to overachieve. We are diligent about finding the best. Management Style Management focuses on objective, data-based decisions for the business and our employees. Subjective opinions are valued but do not move the needle; therefore, employees are judged on targets and quotas and will always know where they stand. Servant leadership is a required management style at Financial Match. Servant leadership is a modern philosophy in which the leader aims to serve. Management gives goals and provides resources to achieve those goals, whether through budgets, time allocation, staffing support, or mentorship. Ownership TeamThe owners are serial entrepreneurs with ownership in 9 companies and 70 years of experience in high-production companies. They come from varied industries and backgrounds, including but not limited to eCommerce, digital marketing, private equity investing, online web assets investing, and large-scale telesales organizations. Across their current business portfolio, they employ 337 people worldwide.

Submitted all paperwork in Oct. of 2023. I have tried to call and email multiple times since then. It's now April of 2024 and I still cannot get a response from anyone. I've also tried calling the number on the site and it doesn't exist.

Financial Match helped me and my company get the $900k+ we needed! Our warehousing and logistic operations were hit hard during 2020 and 2021 due to lots of delays from the global supply chain being heavily impacted. The money we got helped us get our business back on track and growing again this year.

I feel like Financial Match was sent from The Creator. My Native American bookstore almost collapsed. Trying to keep employees in spite of the financial panic of 2020 was really hard. But working with Matt, Joshua, Debbie and Elise helped keep me afloat. The ERC program was great, but the application was impossible. I sell books, I’m no accountant! But Financial Match did all the heavy lifting and just a few months later I received more than enough money to create the cushion I’d lost during the pandemic.

Thank you Donald. We enjoyed working with your company. Glad our team of ERC pros were able to assist!
My marketing agency lost clients but kept employees. My dad taught me to be fair to people and I actually didn’t take a salary for more than a year just so I could keep people getting their healthcare. Financial Match helped me get more than $300k in ERC funds and when I got that payment it was like a million pound weight was off my chest. I can take care of my employees better because my mind is just so much more free.

Hey William, you were a pleasure to help. Glad you were able to get the money for your business!
Financial Match really took the time to understand my business. I own a salon and not all of the people who work for me are employees, some are 1099. So it was so great that the staff explained everything in detail, made sure everything was accurate and helped me get the money I needed.

Katie everyone said you were so pleasant to work with. Thanks for being a great partner.
2020 and 2021 was so hard for me, my family, my business and all 16 of my employees. I run an HVAC company and we grew very quickly the few years before the pandemic. Then, when the ERC program was passed, I was really grateful, but the application was impossible. I filled it out, or tried to, about three different times, but it never got completed. I had no clue what was going wrong. Then I called Financial Match and worked with two specialists, Matt and Scott, and they helped me complete my application pretty quickly, they maximized my ERC amount, they took the time to understand the HVAC world and got me every last dollar I needed. Now, I’ve recovered financially, and it’s because of these guys.

My accounting firm nearly fell apart. So many clients dropped us, terrified they needed to save money. I chose not to let any of my employees go, but keeping clients and getting new ones took up all my time (still does). Financial Match was able to handle the application for me, making my life easier and letting me focus on the bottom line.

You need to call Matt right now! Dude really hooked me up. I run a bunch of dry cleaning stores and almost went under. I got $26k per employee, and they handled the application so I got the full amount. Just huge, my life is so much easier. Call Financial Match now, they saved my life.
