NEVER invest with this company!!!!!! It is a scam and they will steal your money. The shadiest company I have ever seen, please steer clear at all cost!!!!

this is scam website, web change to fcex.trade, i lost money here, after submitted KYC and success, my accout suddenly banned, i kicked in telegram group and discord group, they reason i using cheat account, that not make sense, i only have 1 acoount

Total scam exchange! Lost about 350 Doge when trying to withdraw it. I have screenshots. Tried politely asking for help with the withdraw in their Discord and they immediately banned me. Unbelievable! Do NOT use this exchange, everything will seem fine until you go to withdraw your crypto.

I transferred USDT to their platform. When i was trying to withdraw it got locked up and they said I need to verify my account. I verified multiple times but no success. Afterwards I got banned already no way to withdraw. They also banned me on Telegram. This exchange is a scam I have reported this to authorities even FBI and ICC. Because they dont respònd anymore.

This exchange is indeed a scam. I inquired about locked BTC in my wallet that I could not move out of the exchange. They message me initially and then completely ignored me after a month and banned me after making a follow up inquiry on all the social media platforms.

Great communication from the team. The platform still needs a bit of work but overall great experience security is annoying a good thing. The system is quick and I think the exchange has potential because of their system. Thanks again ✌️

(Dutch user) Made a account of FinanceX to buy Canxium (CAU). At a moment I couldn't login anymore. Asked admin on telegram. Said that it was a problem on my side. I did everything I could, no results. I had to contact the support email. No answer and no results. It feels more and more as a scam and I am afraid they stole my assets. I can login on a new account on the exchange, and that's no problem! I hope there will be someone and take his/ her responsibility, so we can change this feedback/ review to green stars!! If not, I have to contact and post about this exchange in a big community in Europe. Laat je niks wijs maken door deze exchange!
