Excellent customer service! Great product. We've used them for carpeting in two rooms as well as vinyl flooring in two rooms~ no complaints! They were also wonderful in helping us measure, gave us new ideas, a free estimate to get us started on our home improvements. Very satisfied!

We love our carpet!!! From the service we received when making choices to the scheduling installation around our schedules to the final product, everything was/is great.

The man who measured helped me to look at the samples he brought next to each other. He told me exactly what I needed to do to get ready for the install. The installers did a great job and where in and out in a few hours time. They were very professional and friendly.

The female sales people were very knowledgeable about their flooring, and were able to satisfactory answer my questions. The male sales person acted like he didn't really want to help me and couldn't answer my questions. Didn't seem to know much about their flooring. Must have been management.

The work was done on time and very nice workers.
