I've been ordering from them for almost 10 years. Never had an issue! Love them, everyone loves the food and gifts. I have no issue paying online, I've never had to call them. I order online and pay online. I always find great coupons too. Love them! If you read the description of each item, it states the size. I always am aware of what I'm buying.

I ordered three orders before Christmas and only two came then when I tried paying online, I had great difficulty and was never able to pay on line, had to call in payment to automatic service, not a real person. and my emails about this problems was never returned, or addressed I don't think I will be doing business with this company again.

I sent 2 packages out for christmas. I thought the customer service was excellent on both occasions that I called. I received a package for Valentine's Day and everything is so tasty. I think it is a great value for a shipped gift.

I ordered a bread basket to be delivered to my family. Figi's delivered moldy bread products, inedible. Now, in mid-January, Figi's admits the problem but suggest that I can take a refund and allow no gift be sent to my loved ones, or have a very late replacement basket be sent that I still pay for (as if any of my money now ought to go towards a holiday gift arriving at the end of January) - full price at that.

I ordered for my son a Christmas gift on December 15 to be delivered by Christmas. On Christmas Eve, I received a letter stating the credit card info was incorrect (even though I placed my order on the phone with a rep and received a confirmation number). I called and the expiration date had been entered incorrectly. Having been in customer service myself in the past, and understanding how mistakes can happen, I corrected the info with the company and asked for product to be sent as soon as possible. As of today December 28, my order has not shipped and was just processed today! ! I was told this will ship within 2 days and I should have my order by January 10th. Will never order from this company again! !!
