Hi Stirling, Sorry about the issue! No software update is needed unless it's the version with the computer audio loop. And the SC3 with this feature wsn't available anymore on our official sales channels ever since April 2023. But you can definitely contact our support team at [email protected] to see if there's any chance of rescuing it. Sorry again for catching sight of your review late, otherwise, we should be able to help out earlier. Regards, FIFINE

Hi Diogo, Sorry for the poor experience and the late reply after almost three years. Assuming that you got the product from AliExpress because of the location, have you contacted our official store front? By the way, because of the issue on the platform, it's better to make sure the purchase is from the AliExpress FIFINE Official Store. Otherwise, it's quite likely that you won't get any response. Or have you tried contacting our support email at [email protected] As for the warranty, we definitely follow the policy. But the terms may vary depending on the sellers that you're getting from. So again, it's always good to confirm whether it's the official seller before checking out. Regards, FIFINE
