I order something and my money got taken it the stuff never showed up I do not suggest buying from this website.

Do not buy from this company. I used the correct website and assumed as Mrs Bench is so popular it would be ok. I ordered several items online they never shipped them (no update on the website or tracking) they apologised and said they would ship them. Chased them for two weeks as their customer service is based overseas and is slow to respond and got nowhere. No items, no refund, hopefully I will get my money back from my bank. A total scam, Mrs Bench should be ashamed.

I had a bad experience. Please read the negative reviews before buying anything from this store.

I have ordered from them three times and had issues all three times. For the most recent one, I had placed an order and three weeks later nothing. I contacted them several times and had no reply. I had to file a dispute with my card company who sided in my favor. The first time I ordered I had an item missing and it took a lot of back and forth for that. I was told they would refund it and never did until I followed up again. The second time I ordered a did a mystery scoop and recieved broken items and items with corroded batteries.

Spent 31 in total for a mystery scoop that was worth less than $10 dollars my kids were so sad. Definitely a rip off

Recieved mostly pop its. Just a bit bummed because I was waiting days for this :( was hoping I'd recieve at least 1 squishy. Just felt like i wasted my money.

There was a missing item in my order which they did fix by sending a replacement but still waiting on it...Sad to say but this store is that worth buying from and was very disappointed in the mystery scoop...You only get 10 item's which you pay £70 or $90 for...these item's you can get under 15 dollar's on Temu...Not worth it...Wayyy over charged me on shipping too...kinda a scam...

She was the best I made slime got free figets and it was my birthday I did a couple of YouTube videos and I was soo happy so mrs. Bench if you see this it's Maya and I love u
