That so called customer service is lack of service - Again
I have tried to get in contact now for over a week to get help to withdraw my daughters money from her account, but either the customer service didn't answer or just ignore me. This isn't the first time they don't want to answer me so there must be a problem with this. Last time I had to wait over a month to get help and even after that they didn't solve my problem on a proper way. Today March 1 2024, I got a very rude answer about my complain here at Trustpilot, from Fidexcorp regarding that it's obviously my own fault for their lack of customer support. I have complained once before of their bad support and therefore they say that I have done this several times and therefore they don´t want to do anything about it. The only thing I want is to could withdraw MY money from MY account and they don't want to help me doing it.

We are deeply concerned about the review posted and the claims made within it. After a thorough investigation, we found no record of the experience described, raising significant doubts about the authenticity of this review. Furthermore, we discovered that the reviewer has a history of leaving exclusively negative feedback across various services, as evidenced here: [https://www.trustpilot.com/users/56e6e2d00000ff000a0e9c2e](https://www.trustpilot.com/users/56e6e2d00000ff000a0e9c2e). This pattern suggests that the review may not reflect a genuine customer experience with our company. We believe in the importance of genuine, transparent customer feedback, which is why we're addressing this publicly. While Trustpilot aims to offer a platform for honest reviews, it appears that in this instance, the mechanisms to prevent misleading posts have not fully succeeded. We wish Trustpilot's platform could have been more trustworthy by implementing more stringent measures to verify the authenticity of reviews, thereby not allowing just anyone from anywhere to leave feedback without any genuine experience with the platform. This situation underscores the need for readers to approach reviews critically and consider the broader context. We invite our reviewers or any customer facing issues to contact us directly, where our dedicated customer service team is ready to address and resolve any concerns swiftly and efficiently. Our commitment to providing excellent service remains unwavering, and we are here to assist our genuine customers at every step. Trust is paramount to us, and we encourage our community to reach out with any questions or for verification of claims made in online reviews. Peace!
