False Advertising for Fitted seat covers
After receiving the fitted seat covers, I reached out to tell FH Group customer service that the car seat covers they sent were not made for my vehicle's model. Each time this happened, which was many, they would send me a video showing me the installation of the seat covers. I even told them the video link they sent was for the models for the years 2019-2022, even though they knew my car was a 2025. Though I was able to reach out to the company via chat and email, which was likely an automated program, I was sent the incorrect video, and every time I tried to contact them via their customer service number I was lead through various prompts that would end with a recording stating that no one was taking messages from this number. I ended up having to return the covers, which cost me $65 of my own money to send back to them. On top of everything, I received a gift of extra storage for the back of the car because of the amount I spent when buying the car seat covers, because I had to return everything I also had to return this 'free gift', which is rather misleading.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're genuinely sorry to hear about the frustration you encountered — this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. It’s clear we fell short in addressing your concerns effectively, especially regarding the compatibility of the seat covers and the support you received. We understand how disappointing it must have been to repeatedly receive the wrong installation instructions and face difficulties reaching a live representative. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the return process and the misunderstanding around the promotional gift. Please know your feedback has been shared with our customer service and product teams to help improve our processes and communication. If you're open to it, we’d like the opportunity to make this right. You can reach us directly at info@fhgroupauto, and we’ll ensure you’re connected with a team member who can assist you personally. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention — your experience matters, and we’re committed to doing better.
