Bert, we are surprised to hear the series of issues you wrote about as we take negative feedback very seriously. However we are unable to investigate what actually happened as you did not provide us with a company name or even a last name. Please email this information to [email protected]

To clarify your feedback, Fetpak has Free Shipping on all products in the 48 Contiguous States and Canada. The postage due you received was our error as your package was weighed incorrectly in our warehouse and short the correct postage. We apologize for that and the delay it caused. Please be assured that a postage due problem is extremely rare from Fetpak. We are willing to credit your account any postage due amount you experienced, simply email [email protected] with the amount of postage that was due along with your invoice number. We are sincerely sorry for the problems our error caused. Please understand that this is certainly not the norm for Fetpak. Thank you.

Although it's unusual Fetpak's shipping department makes an error on a shipment, in your case we did. We apologize for that. We replaced the error and sent out the correct item. On the replacement we waived the small order surcharge, so we did not charge you double. We are sending you an email and hope that clarifies this transaction. Fetpak prides itself on retaining customers and hope that when you check your replacement order you will see that the amount charged was only for the merchandise replaced, no small order surcharge or shipping charge. Thank you.
