Fest FlagsReviews of festflags.com

I have just received my third order from Fest Flags. Each order was a little more complex than the one before. The last order was 13 flags - each one having some of the same features and logos, but each one was different too (used for awards - Best of Show, Best Vehicle, etc). Their communication has been exceptional and so is their product. I will definitely use them for future product needs and you should consider using them also.

I'm big into hitting the beach with friends, going camping, and attending several festivals throughout the year. At one of my last festivals, I met a nice person who had this awesome design (Rick N Morty) that caught my attention. We got to talking and, I asked where they were able to get the flag printed? They put me onto Fest Flags! Not long after that, I was in contact with Fest Flags, discussing all the necessary details from sizes, style, to manufacturing, and shipping. Admittedly, my initial designs were a little poor, and I had a hard time deciding. Fest Flags was patient throughout the entire process. They took my calls and responded promptly to my emails. As a small business owner myself, I understand people's hesitation to work with an unknown company. But what I've found is, the customers who treat me with respect are almost always a pleasure to work with. That's how I feel about Fest Flags. They're a small business trying to provide the best service possible. They're not interested in giving you the 'hard sell,' instead they provide a transparent experience in order to meet the customers expectations.

Flags are very durable and well put together - Customer service was excellent - extremely pleased with the final product. Highly recommend this seller/company.

I came across Fest Flags around five years ago and have been using them for all my companies and brands. Their flags are top-notch quality, vibrant, and super durable. Every order has been spot on, with no issues whatsoever. The customer service is fantastic. They’re always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. If you need custom flags, I highly recommend these guys!

The attention and quality of flag received was excellent- I was impressed with Fest Flag's goal to not only satisfy but exceed my expectations when a glitch arose. Super company and team, I highly recommend and will definitely give them my business again. Thank you to the team.

What flag takes over a month to make and still waiting for it....might be a scam site...no customer service person to talk to, just generic responses.....SCAM warning

This was a great overall experience. Fest Flags provided thorough communication and clear instructions. The shipping and delivery was on time as they stated. The custom flag was exactly what I ordered. A+ service.

Great communication throughout the process. We loved our new flag!! Great quality! In fact, we ordered another one, we loved it so much!
