I had the Greatest experience today, speaking with the representative, he was very knowledgeable, courteous, and all around a nice person to talk to, helped me get my guitar registered, and also he extended my 7 day trial up to 3o days!!!! Way to go Fender!

I’m admittedly a fan of Fender products. Guitars and amps. Having said that, when I had an issue come up with a recent amp I bought I reached out to customer support. I was lucky enough to hook up with Mark B. Not only did he have multiple ideas for problem solving but he kept his cool and patience with me even when I, honestly was losing mine. 3 members of my band followed this issue and were just as impressed as I was. Customer support is important, Mark is customer Supreme. Well done my friend.

I want to start with the people I dealt with at Fender, I had ordered & paid for a Liquid Gold 75th Anniversary Fender for my own 70th birthday at a local GC. The GC people said 3-5 days. I thought ok, it's the middle of the month, my 70th is the last day of the month so no problem. GC kept giving excuse after excuse as to why my guitar hadn't come in. After days then weeks then months of the same old same old BS from GC I contacted Fender directly. I had contact with NATHAN JONES & CORY WEST. Both were great. I mostly dealt with CORY WEST. He was professional, informative, and kept his word in every communication I had with him. After talking w/CORY WEST I went to GC and cancelled my order from them. I dealt with CORY WEST in ordering my Liquid Gold 75th Anniversary Fender. It shipped when he said it would and arrived a couple days later as promised. CORY WEST represented the Fender Company in an outstanding way. He said what he was going to do AND THEN DID JUST THAT! That is something that is sadly exceedingly rare with businesses these days. As for the guitar. It was securely packaged, arrived undamaged and was set up perfectly! I couldn't have asked for more when I took it out of the box. I've been playing it for a bit over a week now. What an excellent guitar! The neck, the tones, the playability, and the look is also impressive, but if you were blind you would still say this guitar is fantastic. I've got Gretsch, Gibson, LTD, Ibanez, Firefly and they are all top of the line guitars for the brand. This LG 75th Anniversary Fender has basically made them obsolete. Will I still play them? Yes. But I have no doubt this Fender will probably be the last guitar I buy.....unless fender surprises me with something newer and better, but I'm not holding my breath. In closing, a huge thanks to CORY WEST and everyone at Fender who had a hand in getting this guitar to me and the others who are lucky enough to get one! F. Cherry

I had a couple of small issues with a budget Squier guitar I bought. Although I just wanted to make Fender aware of the issues they took it to another level and really took care of business. The customer service was a rare five star performance.

I bought a new American Professional II Fender Stratocaster at Guitar Center. They couldn't find the original case, and gave me a substitute Custom shop case, no tools, no certificate, etc. I was annoyed by this since the plastic molded travel case is much more durable and I gig fairly often. So I sent a hopeful email to Fender about it, and to my surprise they responded the same day, and offered to send me a replacement case and told me I could keep the original. Mark B from their customer service team has kept me updated regularly, and has been awesome through this whole process. This is why I love Fender so much, they really take care of their customers. Thank you Mark!!!

Had a dead pickup arrive from a retailer and reached out to Fender to help replace it. Was helped by Kane, who went above and beyond to help me out, and had a new pickup on the way to me in less than 24 hours. No AI chat bot, just a real human helping another human. Stellar customer service. Obviously don't want anything to go wrong again, but great to know Fender is there to help cusotmers.

I purchased a Rumble 100. It was shipped to me. Sound would not come out the speaker but it worked through the direct line out into the sound system. I called Fender and spoke with Caesar Tapia. He was very helpful. He answered all my questions. Then he apologized for the trouble and told me he was sending me a me a new replacement amp. The amp came in a few days and works perfect. Thank you Fender and Caesar Tapia for your understanding and outstanding service!!
