Dear Loreley, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, this isn’t the level of care or communication we aim to provide at Fem Excel. We understand how important it is to feel supported on your own schedule, without pressure, and for communication to feel clear and respectful. Medication details are usually covered as part of the treatment plan, as different options may be more suitable depending on the individual. We’d like to review your experience, including the communication and treatment provided, to better understand what happened and address your concerns. A member of our support team will be reaching out to you directly to assist. Alternatively, you can contact us through your member portal for more immediate support. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience - this isn’t reflective of the level of communication and care we strive to provide. At Fem Excel, any treatment changes or refills should involve clinical oversight and clear patient consent, with transparency around why adjustments are made. It’s clear this didn’t happen in your case, and we want to urgently review it. In terms of labs, they aren’t required for every refill. Care is guided by your symptoms, medical history, and provider judgment, with labs used at key intervals to support and optimize treatment. That said, you should always feel confident in how your care is being managed. We also understand your preference to speak with a real person, our support team is available, and you should always be able to connect with someone directly. A member of our support team will be reaching out to you directly to assist. You can also contact us at (833) 625-3392 or via your member portal so we can prioritize your case and work toward a resolution. - The Fem Excel Team

Hi Shirley, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience has been frustrating. Fem Excel is a provider-led medical program, and consultations are conducted by licensed medical professionals, including nurse practitioners who are trained in hormone therapy and work within physician-supervised clinical protocols. Many patients begin care with these providers as part of their ongoing treatment plan. We’re also sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the applicator and dosing. Medication delivery devices are provided through our pharmacy partners, but if a patient is having difficulty with administration or feels they are not receiving the correct dose, our providers can review the technique, dosage, or discuss alternative options to ensure treatment is working as intended. Regarding support, our goal is always to provide timely and helpful assistance. While some calls may be routed through our support team to ensure members receive help as quickly as possible, patients should always be able to reach the appropriate care team when needed. We would very much like the opportunity to review your account and address the concerns you’ve raised. Please contact our team via 833-625-3392 or message us through your member portal, and we’ll be happy to assist. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. — The Fem Excel Team

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling this way. Fem Excel is a physician-guided medical program, and our providers review each patient’s health history, symptoms, and consultation before recommending a treatment plan. In many cases, providers can determine an initial treatment recommendation based on this information, while lab testing may be used to further monitor and refine care depending on the treatment prescribed. Medications are never shipped or processed without patient confirmation, and we certainly never want anyone to feel surprised by a charge. We’re also concerned to hear that billing attempts continued after you requested cancellation, as that is not the experience we want our members to have. We would very much like to review your account and ensure everything has been handled correctly. Please contact our support team at 833-625-3392, and we will make sure this is resolved promptly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. — The Fem Excel Team

Thank you for sharing your feedback, we're really sorry that your experience has left you feeling concerned and uneasy. That’s never how we want anyone to feel, especially when they’ve trusted us with something as important as their health. To help clarify, we never prescribe or dispense medication without a full clinical review by a provider, and your explicit approval of any treatment plan or cost. If a medication was discussed during your consultation, it would only have been a proposed starting plan based on your symptoms, history, and provider assessment, not something compounded or shipped before labs are reviewed. Your lab results are used to further refine and optimize dosing, and adjustments are made as soon as results are back. We also take anxiety symptoms very seriously, and we're sorry if this didn’t feel fully heard or addressed during your visit - you deserve to feel confident and comfortable with any care decisions. We’d really like to review your case in detail so we can answer all your questions directly and transparently. If you’re open to it, please reach out via your member portal or call us at (833) 625-3392 and we’ll prioritize your account so we can resolve this quickly and clearly. Thank you again for sharing your concerns, your feedback genuinely helps us improve how we communicate and support women through the process. - The Fem Excel Team

Dear Melody Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m really glad to hear that your consultation felt helpful and informative, but I’m really sorry that the pricing felt confusing and stressful. That’s absolutely not how we want anyone to feel when taking this step. To clarify our pricing, the $29 fee covers your first month of membership, which includes your initial and follow-up consultations, as well as your at-home hormone test. Any additional charges at this stage would only be for medication, and nothing is ever billed without your consent and confirmation. I completely understand why this caused worry, especially while managing a tight budget, and we’d really like to review your account so we can reassure you and make sure everything is correct. If you’re comfortable reaching out, please contact our Support Team on (833) 625-3392 or message us via your member portal, we’ll prioritise your case and help answer any questions you may have. Thank you again for sharing your experience. - The Fem Excel Team

Dear Cari Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we're truly sorry that your appointment was rescheduled on such short notice and that no one reached out to explain or check whether the new time worked for you. That isn’t the level of care or consideration we want anyone to experience. You’re absolutely right to expect that your time be respected, and understand how frustrating it must have felt to receive messaging about rebooking fees while your own appointment was moved without warning. We also regret that no one asked about your reason for cancelling — we value feedback deeply, and we clearly missed an important opportunity to listen and make things right. If you’re open to it, we’d really like to review what happened on our side so we can address it properly and prevent it happening again. Please reach out to our Support Team at (833) 625-3392 or via your member portal and mention this review, we’ll make sure your case is prioritized. Thank you again for sharing this, your feedback is important, and we’re genuinely sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment you experienced. - The Fem Excel
