Our cats love their cave!

Hi Lynn, thank you for sharing your cat's experience. We are so glad that they love their cat cave! If you'd like to share photos of your cats, feel free to tag us on Instagram @Feltcave. We'd love to feature them on our page. Thank you!
A friend tempted me! I was holding my breath, because so many cats do not love the special things we buy them - I could tell you about the electric drinking fountain. Ha! But I opened the package, patted the felt cave into shape, and my cat, Jack, stepped right in. He has happily been popping in every day since. I must add that several people have mentioned that a human sized one would be a good idea! The felt mice were also a yowling success - he has been resistant to toy mice, preferring twisty-ties and hair-pins. He has played and played, and I'm glad I bought spares. Thank you for a smooth trade and fast service!

Hi Lynne, thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We are very familiar with the struggle of buying cat products that cats do not love (I could personally relate with the water fountain experience! haha) so we really work hard to create a high quality product that both cat and cats owners love! Glad that we exceed your expectations! If you'd like to share photos of your cats, feel free to tag us on Instagram @Feltcave. We'd love to feature them on our page. Thank you!
Both my cats love the felt cave! We’ve tried other beds, but they haven’t used one until we got the felt cave. They also love the felt mouse toy that came with it!

Shipping dates were a lie , tracking numbers provided were incorrect . Arrived after day of party for which it was to be a gift . Customer service response was tepid . Felt like I was being scammed . Never again .

Hi D, we appreciate your feedback and we apologized that your package was delayed for one day. Although shipping dates are only an estimate, we have refunded you your mice toy pack order as a compensation for the one day delay as we value you as a customer. Our customer service has been responsive and attentive to your concern and we're saddened to hear that it didn't meet your expectations. It was an uncommon instance and we’ll strive to do better in the future. Have a great day!
My kitties have totally migrated to this as soon as I brought it in!...my orange Maine Coon loves it most but has to share it with his considerably smaller brother. They really feel secure curled up in it and spend lots of time there. Special thanks to #beautynthebean for their recommendation!

He loves it!! Not only is it a cozy spot to nap but it also creates a new element for hiding when chasing his wand toy. 💯 recommend!

My cats love their Feltcave! It's soft, vibrantly colored, and multifunctional. They can use it as a hutch, but my cats love to stomp it down and use it like a bed or, occasionally, as a chew toy. They love the felt mouse they have, too!
