Hi, I have used your product before and it works well, however, I ordered back on 12/31 and have not received my order yet. Can you look into this for me and provide an update and status on my order, please? Thanks in advance. Update: Felix and Fetch contacted me 24 hrs after I reached out to them and kindly informed me that there was a delay in shipment due to a high volume of business over the holiday, and it looks like it'll ship out next week. I've changed my 1 star review to 4 and suggested that they add a feature that'll email customers to inform when an item sells out and a delay is expected. Thanks F+F.
