This product does not aid in my sleep at all. In fact, I wake more during the night.

Hi Carol - sorry to hear that! A few things to mention - one thing we see with clients is that often times the first few times they take it they may have an "energized" response vs. sleepy/tired/relaxed. This happens to about 20% of people I'd say. So try taking it in the middle of the day or late afternoon instead a few times and see how your body responds. We always say "try 3 and see!" because the first few times you take CBD often times your body has a different response then after taking it for a bit. Also, some people just don't do well with cannabis products, so if you try it a few more times and feel any negative reaction to it, you might just be one of those rare people. We hope it helps though! Let us know how it goes and any questions just email [email protected]
