We have worked with Federated Lending for more than 15 years. This was probably our 6th or 7th mortgage or refinance that we have done with them. The key to Federated is that they are a Mortgage Broker. They have access to multiple lending sources. They are not captive to one source and their only mission is to shop and find the very best rate for you. I would not work with anyone else.
