We're pleased, however, that you appreciated our commitment to addressing the issue and finding a solution. Our goal is to offer reliable products and prompt assistance when something goes wrong. We apologize again for the inconvenience and hope to offer you a significantly better experience on your future outings. Thank you for your trust and your valuable feedback. 💙🌊
