Missing stem extender and not enough color

The flowers arrived two days ago and I am not sure how to set them up. There is a round tube and three posts. With no instructions inside I didn’t want to damage the plants without asking for directions. Thank you so much Susie

Have been to Budapest on a river cruise. Life long desire to visit Budapest. Loved it there. Shipping seemed long but I realized it was from Hungary.

So many of my bunches had flowers off the stems or branches off the stems. Should be packaged better so the product isn't bent or beat up so much. Color of flowers was great. I also received two bundles of red flowers. I think I missed a color that way. Got 2 red, pink, purple, yellow and white. Ordered 30 plus 6.

The flowers look very pretty.

Took quite a long time to get the product but I was kept informed through emails
