Within roughly an hour of placing my order (casters without brakes), I was contacted by a Faultless Caster employee explaining that the item I ordered was out of stock and wouldn't be restocked for a few more weeks. They offered to send me the same casters I had ordered but with brakes at no extra charge. I accepted their offer and the casters were at my house in no time at all. Easy to work with and the casters are just as pictured.
