Fastport PassportReviews of fastportpassport.com

Fantastic customer service. All inquiries were met with courtesy. Passport arrive within my required time frame. Personnel on the phone were extremely helpful and friendly, as if I was the only customer. Thank you Fastport Passport!

Very happy with my visa service to China. I needed an expedited business visa within the week and Fastport delivered as promised. The fees were a bit high but well worth it. I was updated each step of the process.

My son is a Marine and he is stationed on the other side of the world and fighting for our country. He was wounded in action and was transported to Germany for medical treatment. I wanted to see him desperately but I had no ID to travel with. I was fortunate to find this company. They calmed me down and assured me that they could help. Lindsey and her team quickly explained that I would need a birth certificate and a US Passport. They secured my birth certificate in 2 days, took my photos and got me my passport the next day. They truly cared about my son and what I was going through, fearing the worst and I wouldn't get to see him before he's gone. Well I got to see my son and was there in time to talk to his surgeons. Thankfully he will be fine. I was able to transport back to the USA with him. I thank Fastport for making this possible. Thank you again fo caring about both of us.

Very pleased with the service. We had our passports renewed in one week. It was a detailed process but we got through it. Everything went according to plan.

We were very nervous when using a passport company, Fastport made us feel confident in the process. We worked with David and he went above and beyond to hold our hand and make sure we understood each step of the process and he kept us informed when the passports were shipped with Fedex. We are happy to report we are going on vacation tomorrow. What a relief!

Update: Fastport Passport made things right and refunded our payment. Old Review: We used Fastport Passport and purchased an expedited passport for my daughter (who had lost her passport). Upon finding the passport we cancelled the Fastport Passport service. Let me be clear, they preformed no services for us . . . we sent nothing . . . they did nothing! Apparently we did not cancel fast enough and have to eat the entire $259. So we paid $259 for nothing.

Even though I decided to stop the service because my husband actually found this passport at the very last minute. Everyone that involved during my early process was impressively helpful. Thank you so much.

Fast is an understatement, these guys get the job done. Very detail-orientated and extremely helpful service. I didn't think any type of service of this kind existed until I fatefully stumbled upon here. Carrie N. was a tremendous help and a life-saver to my passport renewal. Had a trip coming in less than a week, and they got everything processed and delivered within a day; delivered to my front door the next. They work around the clock to keep you posted and informed of your current status. You can count on them. Period.
