your company has always been great to work with

Customer Satisfaction is not the result of a company to meet expectations, is the result of what happens when a company fails to meet expectations and what they do to correct it. We had a glitch in my order. I called the company and the gentleman that I spoke with apologized for the mix-up and corrected the issue in the first and only phone call.

Austin responded promptly to my inquiry about RamBoard products. He knew exactly what I was looking for, helped me cancel an order and initiate a new one the same day and the product arrived within a few days as promised.
