Very disappointing experience. I paid ₹349 through PhonePe for my order, but after receiving the payment there has been no proper update regarding shipment or delivery. Customer support is also not responding satisfactorily. Until my order is delivered or my money is refunded, I cannot recommend this website to anyone. Please resolve my issue immediately.
