However, we would like to clarify that your order was indeed shipped — due to a warehouse routing issue, it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. Once this issue was identified, we remained in communication with you via email multiple times to resolve the situation. Ultimately, a refund was issued and the case was closed. While we understand your frustration, calling our site fraudulent is both inaccurate and misleading.
