Two weeks and haven't received anything..

Everything looks great except for one piece. The bottoms on the Gia Cami Set - Black (M / Black), were sized incorrectly. These arrived very small, too small. I either need to exchange these for a larger size or have you send a correctly sized pair of bottoms. How do I proceed? I really want to give 5 stars, but there is a flaw.

It’s been 2 weeks since I placed my ordered and have not received yet. I have emailed customer service to find out where my order is and I yet still have not received a response back about my order.

The lingerie is of a very good quality! So beautiful! The fabric is so tender to skin. I loved it! Both: the design and the quality

The lingerie is beautiful don’t get me wrong but I do believe the packaging could be better especially since you spend so much on so little fabric
