We received the item before the expected date.

Bought tires at a Blaine's auto center was told if I ever got a flat just bring it to one of their centers and they would fix and replace it I went 300 miles away got a flat took it to one of their centers and the manager told me he could not fix it they were too busy. This was the Blaine's auto center in Traverse City Michigan.

Blain's Farm & Fleet usually has everything we need for our home and yard. The store is well stocked and the employees are helpful. The only downside I have ever encountered was this: a couple of years ago I had ordered via internet some items for a project. I was informed that the items had been received from the warehouse. When I went to pick up the items, some of the items that were 'reserved' for me had been sold and others were misplaced somewhere in the store. The items that were sold had to be reordered which caused a delay in my time sensitive project. I WAS NOT HAPPY!!! I felt I had not received an adequate explanation from the store manager about what happened in this instance.

Was there today at your Montgomery il. Store and i couldn't find the flagpole holder i asked an older chap he new exactly where they were also i purchased a airline reel to heavy for me just had surgery young man asked if i needed help i said sure i also asked for help loading cashier said no problem im very pleased with my store

It was a great experience going to Farm and Fleet the workers are so pleasant to talk to and there very helpful
