Salesman worked hard at getting my business. After applying and waiting a week, I asked what was going on and was told sorry, we can’t help. My property has more than enough equity to cover but that was not good enough. Don’t waste your time with this company. You will be disappointed.

I started doing this awhile back. Some of the negative press kept me from doing it. As I studied more it looked better for me, but I was still unsure.Then along came trump and I was getting ready to exit this land before he went nuts. After he left office i looked at one story home, don`t exist , town homes and down sizing all the same. It cost me less to stay put in my home. So thsi summer I took off and have been painting and getting bids for roof and new HVAC. And I wrote the sales person who i had last contact with, he never answered. So us old folks take our time and are slow to make life changes as we age.be patient with us we have to feel we are doing it on our own, not being sold or misled( not which you did)

We were quite pleased with the excellent service provided by your staff right up through singing the documents. Then, however just before closing at the last minute, your loan offer was withdrawn. Needless to say we were very disappointed.

This rating is for clarity of service. I do not recall any details. I think I just remember I did not qualify. I was hoping for suggestions on other options that might be available to me. Thank you.

From the moment I picked up the phone to call FAR, my experience was excellent. My counselor, Jason Chambers, made me feel I was the only costumer, and dedicated to me all the time I needed, guiding me through the process step by step. I have never experienced a more dedicated and loyal team than this of Finance of America Reverse.
