I got pre-qualified with this company for a purchase and based upon that pre-qualification put in an offer on a property which was accepted. Getting an accepted offer these days is difficult. Then Finance of America Reverse kept dragging me on saying they would do the loan and then on the final days before closing, they were still dragging me along I ended up paying cash for the property because they failed while promising all along. Stay away from them!

Hi Terri, We regret that your experience with FAR was less than optimal. We appreciate the feedback and would like the opportunity to better understand what happened in this instance. Someone from our borrower care team will be contacting you directly.
I did not move forward with the re-finance offered for my reverse mortgage. The conversation with your representative was very helpful and supportive of my desired outcome. However, the written proposal was not what I believed represented my main reasons for undergoing this process. Thank but no thanks.

This is my 2nd experience working with Jason Chambers of Finance of America Reverse. He is professional, quick to respond to my questions or concerns, and is a truly nice guy! He has made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable.
