Dear Customer, Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your reservation. I would like to clarify that we have not charged you for your reservation because the payment is not authorized, its been red flagged, so we cannot process your tickets. If you happen to see any transaction related to this reservation on your account, it is possible that it is a pending authorization or a temporary hold. In such cases, we recommend contacting your bank to dispute the charge and have it removed. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Best regards, Stella Customer Care manager
