Unprofessional and pathetic service , ended up re-booking elsewhere and paying $600 extra. They are a scam! I have had the most disappointing experience booking through this website. We locked in a good price deal for international travel and although we received their initial receipt, there was no e-ticket for about 96+ hours as well as no contact from the agency. Upon reaching out to them, they informed that they couldn't honor the price we had booked at and offered an option that would mean 50% additional charges to us. They promised to contact us and time and again, never ever kept their promise to call us back, provide any option to compensate for the loss or provide any customer service whatsoever. Their basic approach was - Too bad it happened, we can give you same flight for $600 more now. Will never book with them again and recommend not going to them.
