I did order but my product has never been delivered. Some how FEDEX lost my package and now what should i do.

Hello, please provide your order number and details of the lost package to our customer service center, and we will provide you with a satisfactory solution, , such as reshipping the package or issuing a refund.
Ordered a pump. They took my money. They sent email stating that it was delivered to me. It was not. I immediately filed a dispute with Discover. I won’t wait months and months for a scam/ lack of customer service to play out. Buy local if you can, not Hong Kong.

Ordering directly through Fanttik was a complete failure. I placed an order for a X11 Bike Pump on April 22 and received a tracking number. After not seeing any changes to the tracking other than “label created” I contacted Fanttik customer service and got a response on April 30 saying “we’re on it, can you wait a few days”. After a week with no delivery or update I contacted customer service again and asked them to cancel the order. I received a response on May 6, again asking that I wait, this time three days, and if it doesn’t show up contact customer service for a refund. I responded that they are waiting my time and please cancel the order like I requested already. Still waiting.

After receiving your feedback, we promptly confirmed the package's whereabouts with the logistics company and confirmed that it was not lost and would still be successfully delivered. Therefore, we suggest you wait patiently for a while longer. Currently, the logistics tracking information is updating normally and shows delivery on the 10th. If it is still not delivered by the 10th, we will immediately process your refund. Please contact us after you successfully receive your package. We are willing to provide a corresponding compensation mechanism for delivery delays caused by logistics reasons. Finally, we hope our products will satisfy you.
Worst customer support and worst product for industrial use and personal use. I will never buy or recommend anyone.

bought a 5100 Apex inflator. I can't get it to work. Called Fantikk customer service to get a tech to troubleshoot. Said to write them rather than to talk to a tech, Bought it at Costco. Customer service is terrible.

Hab einen Fanttik V8 Apex bestellt gehabt. Dieser wurde nur beim Reifenwechsel benutzt um die montierten Räder auf den richtig Druck zu bringen. Nach etwas über einem Jahr und 16 Reifen ging der Kompressor kaputt. Garantie ist nur 1 Jahr auf das Produkt. Support hatte nicht reagiert. Kauft euch am besten direkt ein anderes Produkt. Viel zu teuer für diese kurze Langlebigkeit

Worked well for 1 year. We used to be able to top off all 4 tires easily on one charge. After that it would only charge to 3 bars. Now it charges to 3 bars but when used immediately thereafter, it will quickly drop down to 2, and then 1 and then off, all before you can put 5 pounds of air in one tire. Will be replacing it with an Airmoto as a friend has one and LOVES it.
