I have purchased a Fanttik product before and all have been good, made well and of high quailty.

I'm waiting for my product and I don't know anything about it I don't know if it's going to arrive or not 👎 they should have updates to know if the order is fine or was canceled or will arrive late

Fanttik makes great products. Their products are high quality and perform well. Even when you have an issue, they promptly respond and resolve the issue right away. I probably own 12-13 products from Fanttik and have been impressed with the quality and performance. I bought two vacuum cleaners on the same day, one arrived on the 14th, and the other hasn't been received yet. You should quickly find a way to help me find it. I think you are too inefficient. I'm very unhappy and have a very unpleasant shopping experience.

Order processing is horrendously slow. After 2 weeks, my order still has not shipped and still waiting. This is the first time ordering from Fanttik and it could be the last. It has not been a good experience. The improvement needs to be 100% on quicker processing orders.
