I had a good experience while booking ticket to India. I was communicating with Aman Kumar and he was helpful and patient with the all the changes I discussed. I would recommend Fantastic Fare. I booked for the trip in November and this is the first time I have used a Travel Agency for the booking because of their competitive fares. They have promised that they will reach out to me incase of any changes by the airline. I hoping their excellent service continues till I finish my trip without any hiccups.

After booking them I learnt a lesson to book directly with the airlines. I will try to explain this in short. I was looking for tickets from Hyd-Chi/Stl one way ticket. Tickets were expensive due to students traveling in August. The cheapest I could find at the time I was looking was $3400 for a one way ticket. Now remember that was the approximate price I could find at that time. So I posted on a social media group asking if there was a way to find any tickets cheaper than this. Then in the same group the I found someone suggesting fanstatic fares for this group members. So I commented and asked for details. I sent email to them asking for ticket prices. Meanwhile I was still looking. I received multiple calls and messages to book with them which I see a norm for a travel agency. Cheapest I could find online was $2800-3500. I contacted other travel agents and they were suggesting same price $2800-2900. Fantastic Fares offered me a ticket where the price varied from $2300-2100-2646. Now the $2300, I confirmed with them to book but I was travelling and told the agent I will pay in 30min. He said yes. Within this 30min he called and I couldn’t answer because as I said I was travelling. I called him after I reached my destination with my card ready to pay and he said the deal expired and price changed to 2950. I said ok I will check with other agents since your price changed. He calls me multiple times after this to which I answered once and said I will contact when I am done checking with the other agent. Sometime later he sents me a message saying he found a deal for $2100. I called sometime later when I checked the messages and no answer. I receive a call in the evening and the price for the same ticket was $2600. I was frustrated at this point and booked before they changed the price and I agree this was the lowest I could find. They first said they accept credit card payments and then asked me to pay with Zelle because they were having issue with card payment. I went with it. I booked the tickets and I downloaded Delta app, created account and checked in with my details. After the travel I received travel rewards and I opened my account to check the rewards and I found the ticket price. Now I was so furious to find out the ticket price was $1030. Now this was for international and there was a domestic flight which costs around $100. So I was charged $2500 for a $1030 ticket. When I contacted about this via email, the manager responded to me saying that they give me the best price that they could. So they made a huge profit out of it. When I posted about this in ghe social media group, I was told this ticket price should have been $3400(which was the price I posted first in the group) and I should be happy that they gave a deal for $2600. So I would not recommend them to anyone.
